  • 50 g Tandem smoked pork fillet
  • potato
  • 1 tbsp. frozen peas
  • small carrot
  • pickle
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • horseradish purée
  • 1 boiled egg
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Cut the Tandem pork fillet into thin slices. Cut some of the fillet into cubes. Boil the potatoes, carrots and peas in salted water. Once cooled, cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes. Cut the eggs into small cubes as well. For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, horseradish purée, salt, pepper and pickle marinade. Mix the potatoes, carrots, eggs, peas, pickles and dressing in a bowl. Shape the Tandem pork fillet slices into cones and fill them with the salad; arrange on a plate.
