Omelette with Tandem Prague ham

  • •    50 g Tandem Prague ham
  • •    3 eggs
  • •    30 ml cream
  • •    30 g cheddar cheese
  • •    1/4 red and 1/4 green pepper
  • •    25 g butter
  • •    thyme
  • •    olive oil
  • •    reduction of balsamic vinegar

Grease a baking dish with oil. Put a slice of Tandem Prague ham in the dish. Separately beat the eggs with the cream, some of the cheese, salt and thyme and pour over the ham. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips, season with balsamic reduction, olive oil and salt. Roll the slices of Prague ham into rolls, adding the pickled peppers and the remaining grated cheddar. Arrange the ham rolls on top of the omelette.
