Minced meat mix

The minced meat is prepared from minced pork and veal in a 60:40 ratio. Additionally, it can be flavoured with spices and vegetables. The most appetising dishes from the Bulgarian cuisine are made with minced meat.

  • Composition Pork 60%, beef 40%, water, salt, soy protein up to 1%, milk protein up to 1%, soy fibres up to 1%, acidity regulator sodium acetate, antioxidants ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate, packaging gases oxygen, carbon dioxide.
