Fresh salad with pastarma, blue cheese and canned beets
Products for 2 portions

Ingredients:

• 100 g Tandem pastarma
• 1 head of lettuce
• 100 g pickled (canned) red beets
• 100 g mini corn cobs
• 100 g blue cheese
• 50 g hazelnuts
• 4 radishes
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. vinegar
• 1 rope of dill

Preparation

1. Cut the washed lettuce by hand and mix it with the radishes, beets, corn cobs, garlic and blue cheese.
2. Season with olive oil, vinegar and dill.
3. Spread the salad in a plate, chop some pastarma on top and sprinkle with the ground hazelnuts.
