Mini banitsa rolls with Tandem salami, cream cheese and spinach
Products for 2 portions
- 200 g Tandem salami
- 1/2 pack of fine dough sheets
- 250 g cream cheese
- 200 g spinach
- 50 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
Stew the washed spinach with a pinch of salt, nutmeg, a lump of butter and the lemon zest. Chill. Spread three dough sheets. Sprinkle each one with melted butter. Along the edge of the sheets, distribute Tandem salami wheels, stewed spinach and cream cheese on top. Roll up, coat with beaten egg and place on baking paper. Transfer to a pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with homemade lyutenitsa.
