Tandem veal burger
Products for 4 portions
4 Tandem veal burger patties
4 burger buns
60 g matured cheddar cheese
1 head of red onion
2-3 tbsp. butter
Several lettuce leaves
4-5 tbsp. mayonnaise
Remove the burger patties from the refrigerator about an hour before you start cooking.
Heat a cast iron skillet or plate well, place the burger patties in and cook for about 3 minutes.
Cut the buns in half and grease with butter. Put them on the plate next to the burgers and break the egg.
Remove the toasted buns from the heat and flip over the burgers. Put cheddar slices on the meat and cook for another 2 minutes.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun, add a leaf of lettuce, a slice of tomato and salt. Place a burger patty and some egg on top.
Put a few rolls of thinly-sliced red onion and cover with the upper half of the bun that has been smeared with mayonnaise. Serve immediately.
