Apple and roasted pork leg bites
Products for 6 portions

Ingredients:

• 300 g Tandem roasted pork leg
• 2 sour green apples cut into pieces
• olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
• a handful of peanuts or walnuts

 Sauce ingredients:

• 150 ml yoghurt
• 1 tsp. honey
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tsp. caramel, crushed into small pieces
• 1 tbsp. mustard 

Preparation

1. Pour all the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper, if necessary. Then chill the mix.
2. Cut the apples into small pieces and fry until golden in a heated pan with a little olive oil.
3. Cut the roasted ham into small pieces and add salt and pepper.
4. Prepare the skewers by adding a piece of roasted pork leg and a piece of apple.
5. Crush the peanuts (or walnuts) very finely and sprinkle them on the skewers.
6. Serve with a bowl of sauce.
