Muffins with veal salami and mustard
Products for 4 portions
For 24 small or 12 large muffins
2 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. yoghurt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. whole-grain mustard
50 g cheese
100 g Tandem veal salami cut into cubes
100 g hard yellow cheese cut into cubes
Put the eggs, oil, mustard and yoghurt in a bowl. Add the baking soda to the yoghurt in advance and stir. Add the grated cheese and the pieces of veal salami.
Mix everything with a spoon. Mix the cubes of yellow cheese with the flour and add them to the mix. Stir the mix gently but not for very long. Grease the muffin tray with butter or margarine and spread the dough in it. Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the muffins for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
This recipe is done very quickly; it is not for those on a diet, but it is extremely tasty. Muffins are suitable both as a main course and as an appetiser.
