400 g bathed dough sheets
200 g Tandem cow's milk cheese
200 g Tandem sheep's milk yellow cheese
120 g Classic Tandem ham
1 pack of Tandem cow's cream cheese
80 g melted butter
6-7 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tsp. pepper
Cut the ham into strips, grate the yellow cheese and prepare the cream cheese.
Break the eggs in a bowl and crush the white cheese. Add pepper and fresh thyme leaves and stir.
Spread a sheet of dough on the countertop and grease it with butter.
Use one third of all products, starting with the cream cheese, top with yellow cheese and ham and finally the egg mix with cheese.
Roll into a tight roll, wrap in the form of a snail and place in an oiled tray.
Repeat with the remaining sheets and roll them into the tray. Finally, grease them with the remaining butter and bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Remove the banitsa from the oven, cover with a clean towel and leave for a few minutes before cutting.
