Oven-baked hot dog with peeled Tandem hot dogs and cheddar cheese

4 peeled Tandem hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
100 g grated cheddar cheese
1/2 head of onion
Ketchup for garnishing
2-3 coloured hot chilli peppers
Cut a rectangle at the top of the buns and carve the inside.
Arrange the buns in a baking tray and fill them with grated cheddar cheese.
Leave some cheese to sprinkle on top before baking.
Put a peeled hot dog in each bread and press it well inside.
Cover with the remaining cheese and bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 220 degrees.
Cut the pickles and onions into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl and stir.
Cut the hot chilli peppers into thin rings.
Garnish the baked hot dog with pickles and onions, sprinkle with chilli peppers and add ketchup.
