Oven-baked fish with Tandem Sredna Gora lukanka salami
Products for 4 portions
220 g Tandem Sredna Gora lukanka salami
1 clove of blended garlic
30 g breadcrumbs
4-5 sprigs of fresh parsley
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. melted butter
4 sea bass fillets
250 g green beans
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Cut the salami into small cubes and fry in a dry pan until golden brown and crispy for 5-6 minutes.
Add the breadcrumbs, stir and leave to grease well and fry.
Add the finely chopped parsley to the peeled and diced tomatoes. Add them to the salami and breadcrumbs and mix well.
Arrange the fish fillets in a paper-covered tray and grease with olive oil.
Spread the salami mix on top of the fillets and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7 minutes. Baking time depends on the thickness of the fish fillets.
Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes and transfer them to a bowl of ice water.
Put some of the green beans in a serving plate and place 1 fish fillet on top. Sprinkle with some fresh parsley and serve.
