Spaghetti with Chorizo salami and shrimp
Products for 4 portions
320 g spaghetti
2 tsp. olive oil
100 g Tandem Chorizo salami
300 g shrimp
100 ml white wine
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. chilli flakes
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
4-5 sprigs of fresh parsley
20 g butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cut the Chorizo in two and sauté in a dry pan for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.
Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Add the peeled shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, add the garlic, chilli, lemon zest and stir. Pour in the wine and add the butter.
Add the drained pasta and finely chopped parsley and mix well.
Serve the dish immediately, sprinkled with some olive oil and chilli.
