Keto tacos with Tandem minced meat
Products for 4 portions

100 g grated Tandem cow's milk yellow cheese

For the stuffing:
1 tbsp. olive oil
400 g Tandem minced meat mix
1 diced onion
1 stalk of celery cut into cubes
½ 1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. smoked pepper
½ 1 tsp. chilli flakes
1 tbsp. tomato paste
50 ml water

For garnish:

1 tomato
1 avocado
30 g Tandem goat’s cheese
¾ 1 cup of sour cream
1 rope of fresh coriander
1 head of red onion


Heat the olive oil in a large pan, add the onion and celery and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the minced meat, pour in cold water and cook for 8-10 minutes until the minced meat turns red.
Add the tomato paste, the two types of pepper, the chilli flakes and the salt.
Stir, leave on the stove for 2-3 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
Grate the yellow cheese on a fine grater.
In a tray covered with baking paper, put a ring with a diameter of 10 cm.
Put about 2 tbsp. of grated cheese and spread it in a thin layer.
Bake for 7-8 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crispy.
Remove the tray and cool the “bread” for 30 seconds, then carefully transfer to a rolling pin and let it cool and harden.
Arrange the pieces of “bread” in a suitable dish and put 2-3 tablespoons of minced meat in each.
Garnish with diced tomatoes, finely chopped red onions, avocado slices, grated cheese and fresh coriander leaves.
